NAMI Provider Programs Offers Info and Empathy

Nami Provider Workshop. The NAMI Provider Education program introduces mental health professionals to the unique perspectives of people with mental health conditions and their families. The program promotes enhanced empathy and the importance of including patients in all aspects of the treatment process. 

NAMI Missouri Provider Workshops are one-day, six-hour workshops that are presented to professionals throughout Missouri three times per year at no cost to participants. The workshops are approved for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through the Missouri Institute of Mental Health and are provided free of charge through a contract with the Missouri Department of Mental Health.
